Superdrug Skincare Haul
Hi lovelies! I popped in to the new Superdrug store in Buchanan Galleries last Friday and can't believe all the different stands and ranges they have! They must have the longest make up aisle I have seen featuring not only the usual favourites but also brands like nip+fab and ELF. I am definitely going to be a regular visitor!
When I was there I decided to have a look at some of their own range skincare as my routine needed freshened up a little bit and I have always had really good experiences with their own range products.
The products I picked up were; the Naturally Radiant Brightening Hot Cloth Cleanser, the Naturally Radiant Glycolic Overnight Peel, the Vitamin E Moisturising Eye Cream and a Detox sheet mask from the brand 'Miss Spa'.
The Brightening Hot Cloth Cleanser (£5.99) has 150ml and also comes with a muslin cloth which you use to 'polish' it off of your face. This has kiwi fruit and mulberry extract in it to work on brightening your skin along side cocoa butter which provides moisture.
I have read some amazing reviews about the Glycolic Overnight Peel (£5.99 for 30ml) so I am really excited to try that out and probably do a review for you guys! It says on the back to use it 2-3 times a week, leave it on overnight and then wash off in the morning. This is the first 'peel' I have used so I will update you on how it is!
I picked up the Vitamin E Nourishing Eye Cream because my eye area has been really dry recently so I'm hoping this will help. All my other eye creams are anti-aging or firming which I I really don't need as I'm only 19 so I'm hoping using this I will actually see a benefit.
And finally the Miss Spa Detox Sheet Mask. I love mud masks but I hate washing them off. Sheet masks are my go-to right now and I love how fuss free they are so I'm looking forward to trying this out. I have tried quite a few different sheet masks recently from a few different brands and I'm thinking about doing a post with mini reviews of them all so let me know if you would be interested in that in the comments below!
I'm really looking forward to testing out these products and seeing the results, I am such a fan of Superdrugs own brand products so fingers crossed they live up to the other products I have tried! If you have tried any of these then let me know what you thought of them in the comments below.
